  1. How to wash my Mat ?

We don’t recommend you to wash your mat. However, if you feel like your mat is too dirty to clean with only a cloth and a little soap, you may have a look on our care instructions below.

  1. There is a smell of rubber on my mat, is this normal?

It is natural and normal to have it at first. Our mats takes a long way before they reach you. So please give them a few days open by fresh air to rest. You may also clean your mat when it arrives with a dumb cloth and 1-2 drops of organic soap to fasten this process.




 

  1. Unboxing my 5mm mat, it looks less the 5mm thick ?

 

It is totally normal. The shock absorbing material absorbs the shock coming from outside on the way but never gives up! After unboxing and a couple of use, you will see the material finding the natural shape.



  1. Can I pray with my regular mat on top of the 5 mm Mat ?

 

Sure you can. However, our mats are designed to keep your knees padded and breath healthy without dust. For having full benefits, we recommend using them alone.

  1. How long the mat is expected to last ?

According to our R&D, our prayer mats can be used more than 10 years. On the other hand, this product lifetime changes with caring. Please be kind to your prayer mat and follow care instructions. Please keep your mat away from direct sunlight and sustaining humid for best results.
